Beijing Jingdu Children's Hospital Prepares for the DRG Payment Reform

Officials from Beijing Municipal Medical Insurance Center held a seminar in Beijing Jingdu Children's Hospital on January 15, 2021 to provide guidance on the implementation of the pilot CHS-DRG payment platform as part of the Beijing medical insurance reform.

Ms. Wang Juan, Director of the Department of Payment, elaborated on relevant policies and discussed key questions raised to the key staff of Jingdu Hospital. The DRG payment system was developed to improve the efficiency of case handling and it is critically important for participating hospitals to implement the new system.
